Pier with Seating area, Floating Slip, and Installation of Boat Lifts and Jet Ski Lifts
* Pilings: Marine grade wood pilings driven into the lake bed.
* Frame: Consists of 2 x 8 and 2 x 10 pressure treated lumber fastened together with galvanized rust resistant bolts. The 2 x 10 lumber encases the frame and creates an inset decking effect.
* Floatation: Black Formex floats were installed. The floats are secured to the frame of the floating slip with galvanized rust resistant bolts.
* Dock Rubbers: Astro Nautics dock rubbers were installed to the sides of the floating slip with black PolyTop nails.
* Decking: Trex decking that was fastened down to the frame with the standard decking screws.
* Handrail Posts and Nautical Rope: 6 x 6 pressure treated handrail posts where through bolted to the side of the frame on the pier and ramp with galvanized bolts. The posts had a hole drilled into the top of them so that the off white nautical rope could be threaded through. The top of the post were bevelled.
* Boat Lift: The lift installed was a 6600 Hydrohoist Air Lift.
* Jet Ski Lifts: Two Hydroport PWC docking lifts where installed to this floating slip.
