New Pier, Fixed Dock with Step down System, Party Deck,and Seating Area with Roof

* Pilings: Marine grade wood pilings were driven into the lake bed to support the frame of the pier, fixed dock, and seating area.

* Frame: The frame of the pier, fixed dock, upper deck and seating area consists of 2 x 8 pressured treated lumber fastened together with galvanized rust resistant bolts.

* Decking: Khaki colored Veka Pro decking is fastened down with the stainless steel screws.

* Handrail Posts and Handrail: 4 x 4 posts, wood split rails with five cable runs

* Seating Area Roof: Stick built roof with Tin roofing. Fascia board on the roof is the khaki colored Veka decking.

* Upper Deck: The upper deck has special drain pans so that the boat area stays dry.
