New Pier, Ramp, Seating Area with Roof, Floating Unit, and Installation of two HydroPort Jet Ski Lifts

* Pilings: Galvanized telescopic pilings were driven into the lake bed for the floating slip and marine grade wood pilings driven into the lake bed to support the pier and seating area. X-bracing was installed where needed.

* Frame: Consists of 2 x 8 and 2 x 10 pressure treated lumber fastened together with galvanized rust resistant bolts. The 2 x 10 encase the frame and create an inset decking effect.

* Floatation: Black Formex floats that are bolted to the frame with galvanized bolts.

* Dock Rubbers: Astro Nautics dock rubbers were installed to the sides of the floating slip with extra padded corner dock rubbers fastened down with black PolyTop nails.

* Decking:Khaki colored Veka decking was installed.

* Handrail Posts and Handrails: 6 x 6 pressure treated handrail posts with vinyl sleeves and pickets.

* Seating Area Roof: Green tin roof with 6 x 6 roof posts with vinyl sleeves and Veka decking fascia boards.

* Jet Ski Lifts: Two HydroHoist HydroPort jet ski lifts were installed on this floating unit.
