Custom Seating Area with Roof

Where could there possibly be a better place to relax at the Lake? Fox Docks constructs and installs custom Seating Areas that can include a lot of ammenities like space heaters for chilly days, a fan for the summer, and a full entertainment center making Fox Docks Seating Areas the perfect place to sit and relax.

Fixed Dock, Pier, Seating Area with Roof, and Installation of Tide tamer Boat Lift

* Pilings: There are marine grade wood pilings driven into the lake bed to support the frame of the pier, fixed dock, and seating area.

* Frame: The frame of the pier, fixed dock, and seating area consist of 2 x 8 pressured treated lumber fastened together with galvanized rust resistant bolts.

* Decking: Khaki colored Veka Pro decking is fastened down with the stainless steel screws.

* Handrail Posts and Handrails: 6 x 6 pressure treated handrail posts where through bolted to the side of the frame on the pier and seating area with galvanized bolts. The posts have white vinyl post sleeves with vinyl post caps, top and bottom vinyl rails, and aluminum balusters in between the rails.

* Fixed Dock Roof: Stick built hip roof secured by marine grade wood pilings. The roof consists of 2 x 8 pressure treated lumber, Spruce pine lumber, 1 x 4 dead wood, and a mixture of 2 x 4 and 2 x 6 pressure treated lumber. Roofing installed is Tin. Fascia board on the roof is the khaki colored Veka decking.

* Boat Lift: The lift installed is a 10,000lb Tide tamer cable boat lift. The lift is secured to four pilings that are installed in between the slip.
